Therapy can provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and less alone in what you’re going through.
Through the therapeutic relationship, many people begin to better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and respond to life’s challenges in ways that feel more manageable and sustainable.
For some, therapy helps reduce anxiety, overwhelm, or the emotional impact of past experiences. For others, it creates space to improve relationships, build healthier coping strategies, or reconnect with parts of themselves that have felt lost under stress, burnout, or self-doubt.
Therapy isn’t about having everything “fixed” right away. It’s a process of learning, growing, and creating meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I believe people are capable of healing, growth, and change, and I approach this work with hope, collaboration, and care.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin talking about what’s bringing you to therapy.
We’ll discuss what you’ve been experiencing, any goals or concerns you have, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. You don’t need to have everything organized or know exactly what to say—we’ll figure it out together.
I’ll also ask some questions about your history, relationships, and current stressors so I can better understand the bigger picture of what’s going on for you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if opening up feels unfamiliar or overwhelming. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, and there’s no expectation to share everything all at once.
My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of what working together may look like.

Most clients begin with weekly 50-minute sessions. Meeting consistently at the beginning of therapy helps us build a strong therapeutic relationship and creates space for meaningful progress over time.
We’ll talk about your goals, expectations, and needs during our initial sessions and continue checking in along the way.
As therapy progresses, we may decide together to move to less frequent sessions depending on your goals, progress, and what feels most supportive for you.

Therapy is a very individual process, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings their own experiences, patterns, strengths, and challenges into the work.
Some changes may happen fairly quickly, while other parts of the process can take more time and patience. Growth is rarely linear, and there may be moments that feel challenging along the way.
Therapy isn’t about finding a perfect solution or “fixing” everything overnight. Instead, it’s about developing new ways of understanding yourself, responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and navigating life in a way that feels more manageable and aligned with your needs.
You don’t have to do it perfectly—and you don’t have to do it alone.
