Hi, I’m Michelle.
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy. You may already know something needs to change, but between the demands of everyday life and not knowing where to begin, it’s easy to keep putting yourself last.
Maybe you’ve been trying to push through and hoping things will eventually feel more manageable. Maybe you’ve told yourself you should be able to handle it on your own. Or maybe part of you knows you need support, while another part feels uncertain, overwhelmed, or hesitant to take that first step.
If any of that feels familiar, you’re not alone.
My approach to therapy
In our work together, you don’t have to worry about being judged, rushed, or told what to do. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you - especially if opening up feels intimidating or overwhelming.
My approach is collaborative and grounded. That means we’ll work together to understand what’s been weighing on you, instead of jumping straight into “fixing” things. I will gently challenge you when it’s helpful - but I won’t push you faster than you’re ready to go. Therapy should feel supportive, not overwhelming.
And while this work can be serious, it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. There’s often room for humor, too - especially in those moments where things feel very human and very real.
For some people, this looks like learning how to slow down racing thoughts and respond to anxiety differently. For others, it’s making space for emotions that have been pushed aside for a long time. And for many, it’s simply having a place where they don’t have to hold everything together for once.
Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and more able to show up for yourself—not just everyone else.
I work best with clients who are used to showing up for everyone else - yet are starting to feel the toll it’s taking.
You might be:
Overthinking everything and struggling to turn your mind off
Managing anxiety or intrusive thoughts while still handling daily responsibilities
Feeling burnt out from constantly pushing through
Navigating pregnancy, postpartum, loss, or the ongoing demands of motherhood
Used to being the “reliable one,” even when you’re running on empty
You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy.
You just have to be ready for something to feel different.
My work is rooted in both personal and professional understanding.
This is the work I care deeply about.
I know how overwhelming anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the demands of everyday life can become—and how difficult it can be to ask for help when you’re already carrying so much.
That’s why I’ve built my practice around creating a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust, collaboration, and feeling genuinely accepted. In our work together, you won’t be judged, rushed, or expected to have all the answers.
We’ll work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, while moving at a pace that feels manageable for you—with a balance of support, gentle challenge, and even humor when it’s needed.
I believe therapy isn’t about changing who you are—it’s about helping you feel more present, more flexible, and more able to care for yourself in the ways you need.

If part of you feels unsure about therapy, that makes sense.
You won’t be pushed to share more than you’re ready for.
You won’t be judged for what you’re feeling or thinking.
You won’t be expected to have the “right words”.
We’ll take it one step at a time.
If you’re ready to have a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own - schedule a free consultation and we can see if this feels like the right fit for you.
